Another good morning run with Jody.  I woke up with a tightness/pain in the lower part of the back of my thigh.  It was really sore, but we got a good run in anyway.

Finally, I'm catching up to real time in my blogging.  And with that, I will not be such a slacker with the running!

Met Jody this morning for a great run!  My body felt good, the run was challenging in a make-you-stronger kind of way, and I always love Jody's company.  It was one of those mornings when I got to work and felt invincible.  Which was a good thing for what lied in store at work...
